Don't be foiled

Tips from Friends of the Earth
When a recipe suggests wrapping chicken, fish or vegetables in foil before cooking, try a lidded dish instead. Instead of lining with foil, just try a baking sheet. It'll taste just as good, and saves wasting aluminium foil which is resource-intensive to produce. Find out more about cutting waste.
